1. Perform in-line quality inspections during production processes. 2. Monitor product quality according to approved specifications, SOPs, work instructions, and customer requirements. 3. Inspect critical quality parameters during production, such as appearance, color, weight, filling volume, labeling, coding, packaging, and other applicable requirements. 4. Perform Final Goods (FG) inspection before product release to ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications. 5. Record and report inspection results accurately and completely. 6. Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products or process abnormalities. 7. Coordinate with Production and QA/QC teams to investigate quality issues and support corrective actions. 8. Verify product and packaging conditions during production and before shipment. 9. Support sampling and inspection according to the approved inspection plan. 10. Ensure inspection equipment and measuring tools are properly used and maintained. 11. Follow GMP, hygiene, safety, and quality requirements applicable to cosmetic manufacturing. 12. Maintain quality records and inspection documentation. 13. Support quality improvement activities and reduce defects and customer complaints.
