Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will do in This Role:
• Design and deliver Workday Extend solutions in collaboration with HR, integration experts, and system architects. • Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve existing Extend solutions. • Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions. • Ensure solutions meet performance, stability, and Global IT governance standards. • Support testing, upgrades, deployments, and cutover activities. • Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs. What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Either: • 2–3 years of programming experience with technologies such as XML, XSLT, XPath, REST APIs, SOAP, Workday Query Language, JSON, and object-oriented programming; or • 4–5 years of Workday ecosystem experience as an integration expert.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment. • Strong communication and intercultural skills. • Eagerness to learn new technical areas. • English proficiency at C1/C2 level. • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
