Facilities Coordinator 대리과장급 (동탄 근무)
The Facilities Coordinator will support the daily facilities operations. This role focuses on administration, English and Korean communication, financial support, vendor coordination, purchasing, reporting, and helpdesk management.
[Job Descriptions]
• Support daily communication with client’s stakeholders, JLL team members, vendors, and building management • Communicate effectively in both Korean and English through email, meetings, and reports • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc facilities reports • Manage facilities documents, schedules, records, quotations, contracts, and invoices • Coordinate vendors for cleaning, maintenance, supplies, and other facilities services • Obtain and compare vendor quotations and support procurement and approval processes • Create and manage purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups • Support annual budget planning, monthly financial closing, and budget variance reporting • Receive, track, and follow up on service requests through Corrigo or other applicable systems • Conduct routine visual site inspections and report facilities or safety issues • Coordinate qualified vendors or technicians for repair and maintenance work • Support health, safety, environmental, audit, and compliance activities • Assist with client meetings, weekly MBWA activities, office events, and workplace projects • Escalate urgent, safety-related, or operational issues to the Facilities Manager • Support the achievement of agreed KPI and SLA targets
[Required Qualifications]
• Experience in facilities administration, office administration, general affairs, workplace operations, or a related field • Strong administrative, reporting, scheduling, and document-management skills • Good verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English • Experience in vendor coordination, quotation management, purchasing, or invoice processing • Basic understanding of facilities operations and workplace services • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines • Strong customer-service mindset and professional communication skills • Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, vendors, and building management • Willingness to learn facilities operations and support reasonable on-site activities
[Preferred Qualifications]
• Experience working in a multinational company or supporting a global client • Experience in facilities management, semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or corporate-office environments • Experience with budget tracking, financial reporting, and purchase-order processes • Knowledge of Korean occupational health and safety requirements • Experience using Corrigo or similar facilities management systems • Experience supporting audits, site inspections, vendor safety documents, or small workplace projects
