Oracle CPQ – Oracle EBS R12 Integration Technical Developer1Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) development, including BML scripting, commerce process configuration, and document engine customization • 3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12, particularly Order Management (OM), Pricing, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, and/or Accounts Receivable modules • Strong experience building integrations using SOAP/REST web services, XML/JSON, and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud/OIC, MuleSoft, or similar) • Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow Builder, and EBS customization techniques (interfaces, extensions, personalizations) • Experience with EBS APIs and open interfaces (e.g., Order Import, Item Interface, Price List Interface) • Solid understanding of the quote-to-cash / order-to-cash business process • Familiarity with CPQ security models, user roles, and approval hierarchies • Experience with SQL, data mapping, and troubleshooting complex data integration issues • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other iPaaS tools • Knowledge of Oracle CPQ REST APIs and BML advanced scripting • Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM/ERP integration patterns • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology • Prior experience in a full lifecycle CPQ implementation (design through go-live) • Oracle certifications (EBS, CPQ, or OIC) a plus Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Soft Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables • Collaborative team player comfortable working with cross-functional and possibly offshore/onshore teams
