• Support Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, and enhancements. • Develop and support integrations with CRM and payment platforms. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions. • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders. Required Skills
• 6–10+ years of experience with Zuora Billing. • Strong knowledge of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora data/object model. • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), subscription lifecycle, invoicing, and payments. • Experience with CRM and payment gateway integrations. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
