Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Team Leader to join our Operations team in Rugby. In this role, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance processes, driving standard operating procedure (SOP) compliance, and coaching team members to deliver zero-defect fulfillment outcomes aligned with luxury brand standards.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
• Maintain Operational Standards & Quality: Lead the auditing and enforcement of SOPs across all fulfillment activities while tracking key performance metrics—such as packing accuracy, damages, and returns—to ensure accurate, zero-defect execution.
• Deliver Training & Coaching: Manage onboarding and continuous quality coaching for operational colleagues, maintaining accurate competency assessments and training records to bridge skill gaps across teams.
• Ensure Compliance & Stakeholder Alignment: Enforce compliance with premium packaging and organizational safety standards to reduce damage, collaborating directly with the Account Operations Manager to communicate process updates.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
• Commercial experience in a quality assurance, warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management processes, audit procedures, warehouse systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability in leading quality audits, team coaching, operational problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
