• Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding client experiences
• Drive sales, retail performance and profitability
• Manage day‑to‑day salon operations, staffing and standards
• Recruit, train and develop talent at every level
• Act as a true TONI&GUY brand ambassador
About You
• Proven Salon Manager or Assistant Manager experience in a premium salon
• Qualified Stylist or Colour Technician
• Commercially driven, organised and people‑focused
• Passionate about leadership, growth and great hair
