Role Description
Be a Trusted Strategic Partner Collaborate with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals. Help shape how we scale through org design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and change management. Champion Performance & Growth Support the performance management cycle by equipping managers to give meaningful feedback, coach their teams, and build thoughtful development plans. Lead with Empathy & Fairness Act as a go-to partner for employee relations, offering guidance grounded in equity, transparency, and compliance with legal and internal standards. Drive Talent Development & Retention Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and build teams that thrive. Play a key role in strengthening our internal pipeline. Fuel Engagement & Belonging Work alongside our Employee Engagement team to ensure every employee has access to growth opportunities and every voice is heard. Help embed DEIB strategies into the DNA of our teams. Use Data to Guide Decisions Leverage people analytics to spot trends, shape strategy, and inform recommendations around turnover, engagement, performance, and more. Influence Policy & Practices Help shape, roll out, and maintain equitable and consistent policies and practices across the organization. Support Compensation Strategy Partner with People Operations to ensure we stay competitive and fair in our total rewards approach. Provide input on salary reviews, market data, and equity adjustments.
Qualifications
5+ years of generalist HR experience, with at least 1+ year in a People Partner, HRBP, or strategic HR role. Experience supporting dynamic or matrixed orgs, agencies, or client services teams is a plus. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. A deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices, with strong instincts around fairness and integrity. Confidence in navigating conflict and coaching through complexity. Data-savvy and comfortable using metrics to tell stories and drive decisions. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or HR certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR are a plus).
