Main duties of the job

As a Charge Nurse (Sister), you'll play a vital leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care by:

Leading and supporting the nursing team to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care. Acting as a role model, promoting best practice and clinical excellence. Supporting residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding person-centred care. Maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality. Ensuring compliance with the NMC Code, CQC standards, infection prevention policies, and Fairlie Healthcare procedures. Creating a positive, supportive environment where both residents and colleagues can thrive.
