Main duties of the job Join the Agincare Enable team as a Senior Support Worker in Grantham, where you will leverage your experience and leadership to help people live safe and meaningful lives. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Experience in a senior support or team leader role is required. Applicants need confidence in supporting complex needs, a full UK driving license with own car, and at least a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification, with Level 3 being desirable or in progress. Strong organization and IT skills are also necessitated.
