Are you interested in Further growing with us as a “ Product & Portfolio Manager ”? Then you might just be the person we are looking for! As our Product & Portfolio Manager , you will become part of our European Product & Portfolio Management team in Eindhoven. You will manage your designated product portfolio and work closely with colleagues across Europe and China to translate customer needs and market insights into successful product solutions and business opportunities. Your responsibilities: Manage the full designated product portfolio, including pricing, product phase-in and phase-out, and product data management. Understand customer requirements and market insights and translate these into clear product requirements and priorities for new product introductions. Identify and support new business opportunities in close cooperation with Sales and R&D in China. Manage and facilitate communication between the European and Chinese teams. Contribute to segment and channel planning. Drive detailed product and market benchmarking. Provide product and organizational support to the wider Sales organization, with dedicated support for selected regions. Transfer local market and product knowledge to relevant stakeholders across the organization, including the development of training programs. Who is OPPLE?
