We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nursery Practitioner to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, responsive and inclusive early years provision that supports the holistic development of every child and their family.
The Role As a Nursery Practitioner, you will: contribute to the delivery of high-quality, responsive and inclusive early years provision that supports the holistic development of every child and their family. work collaboratively with parents, community partners and multi-agency teams to embed LS2Y values and ensure children thrive in nurturing, stimulating and curiosity-led environments. promote child-centred practice, emotional wellbeing and play-based learning aligned with the EYFS 2024–25 updates. assist in the efficient and effective day to day operation of the Company’s nursery provision encouraging a friendly and stimulating environment and positive attitudes are established in a variety of social contexts. be the Key person for building relationships with small groups of children and their parents/ carers. About You We are looking for someone who is: Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years.Experienced in an early years setting.Passionate about the Curiosity Approach and child-led learning.Strong knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS, SEND, and Ofsted requirements.
