An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join the busy residential property team of a well-established boutique law firm in South Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident residential property lawyer looking to take ownership of a varied caseload, develop strong client and introducer relationships and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
Working as part of an established and supportive team, you will manage a busy caseload from instruction through to completion, covering a broad range of residential property matters including:
Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold propertiesRemortgages and equity releaseTenancy agreementsCommercial sales, purchases and leasesManaging client relationships and providing a high level of serviceBuilding and developing relationships with estate agents and other introducersIdentifying opportunities to attract new business and maximise the department's potentialTaking an active role in the continued development and growth of the property team
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with at least 3 years' PQE and strong experience across the full range of residential property transactions.
You will ideally have:
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervisionExcellent client care and communication skillsA personable and approachable mannerA proven ability to develop relationships with clients, estate agents and other professional contactsA genuine interest in business development and growing a property practiceA self-motivated and organised approachThe ability to work collaboratively within a friendly and supportive team The Opportunity
