Thorpe Park is recruiting Lunch and Dinner Chefs to join our Hotel Restaurant Team in food preparation and service-related duties. Shift opportunities include: Lunch - 10.00am -3.30pm Dinner - 3.00pm - 10pm Weekday and weekend availability required on a rota basis With hourly pay rates up to £15.00 (depending on experience) plus fantastic benefits listed below... Preparing a range of high-quality dishes from seasonal menus across our hotel restaurant Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly What is required for this role? Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience is required Food Safety Qualifications required Be able to remain calm under pressure Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player If you do not hear from us within seven days, please assume that your application has been unsuccesful.
