Reporting to the Manager, Fund Solutions, this full-time and permanent position is based in Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Fund Services and its’ growth. Key responsibilities: Monitoring & Performance Governance Monitor GSC service delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets. Maintain dashboards and reporting packs highlighting service performance, issues, and trends. Coordinate monthly / quarterly service review meetings with Department leads and GSC leadership. Track progress on improvement initiatives and escalate delays or risks. Risk Governance & Compliance Maintain risk registers and ensure timely updates from process owners. Monitor risk treatment plans and confirm that mitigation actions are completed. Ensure alignment with group policies, controls, and compliance requirements. Track and report incidents, issues, and control breaches, including root-cause analysis. Governance Documentation & Reporting Prepare governance reports, including risk dashboards, and compliance status updates. Support reporting to risk committee and key stakeholders Undertake general administration and other projects as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience Good understanding of internal controls, risk principles, and shared service delivery models Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong organization and prioritization skills. Analytical, meticulous and systematic in approach to work. Able to interpret data and identify trends. Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work resourcefully. Self motivated, diligent, positive working attitude and strong desire to learn.
