Your Key Responsibilities Physical laboratory daily operation control Heat treatment process release Heat treatment laboratory quality control Physical inspectors training Technical support for heat treatment technology and CQI-9 audit Technical support for incoming inspection Defect analysis for the production non-conformity parts Failure analysis for the customer complaint and returned parts Responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and Schaeffler regulations, proper use personal protection equipment, attend relevant EHS training, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to supervisor 物理实验室日常运营管理 热处理工艺放行 热处理实验室质量控制 物理检验员培训 为热处理技术及 CQI-9 审核提供技术支持 为来料检验提供技术支持 生产不合格零件的缺陷分析 客户投诉及退回零件的失效分析 负责本人职责区域内的 EHS（环境、健康与安全）管理，严格遵守法律法规及舍弗勒相关规定，正确使用个人防护装备，参加相关 EHS 培训，并立即向主管报告事故或不安全因素 Your Qualifications Physical laboratory inspection skills (Sample preparation, hardness analysis, microstructure analysis, chemical composition analysis…) Familiar with heat treatment process Familiar with defect and failure analysis，Knowledge with QS system At least 4 years university education，Metal material or related major At least 2 years working experience in related position. 具备物理实验室检验技能（样品制备、硬度分析、显微组织分析、化学成分分析等） 熟悉热处理工艺 熟悉缺陷分析和失效分析，了解质量体系（QS） 全日制本科学历，材料相关专业 至少两年相关经验 As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
