The Role The Analyst - Network Planning, plays a key role in supporting major commercial and infrastructure investment decisions across our Storage & Handling network, helping deliver CBH's 2033 Strategy and significant long-term capital investment program. Combining commercial analysis, financial modelling, strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement, you'll identify and evaluate high-value commercial / investment opportunities, develop business cases and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include: Conduct commercial, strategic and operational analysis to support commercial and investment decisions. Assist with network planning and investment prioritisation to support delivery of the Group's strategic objectives. Engage with stakeholders and facilitate discussions to progress key business initiatives. Develop and review financial and supply chain models to support investment decisions. Manage smaller projects and support larger initiatives, including facilitating cross-functional workshops. Assist in the development of high-quality reports, including business cases, presentations and recommendations for senior management and Board consideration. Identify value creation, efficiency and cost-saving opportunities across the network. About You: Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Law or similar. Proven experience in corporate strategy & planning, consulting, infrastructure advisory, investment banking or a related commercial environment. A proactive self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify practical solutions and drive work forward. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil information into clear outputs. Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders across a range of disciplines and levels of seniority. Demonstrated experience in commercial analysis, project evaluation, financial modelling and business case development. Agricultural or bulk commodities industry or supply chain knowledge is desirable. Why work with CBH?
