1:1 Aide/Paraprofessional Hancock County ESC Job Type/Title: 1 on 1 Aide (Kindergarten Student) Location: East Sandusky Street School, Findlay – Elementary School Age Job Description: - Candidate should have a great deal of patience to work with students with autism and/or behavioral issues - Candidate should have a passion for working with students in elementary school grades and be willing to assist with behavioral needs, medical needs, toileting and personal healthcare as needed - Provide appropriate support and encouragement to student - Assist student with class work in small groups and individually - Work under the supervision/direction of the classroom teacher - Be willing to be trained to meet the behavioral, medical, and educational needs of the student
