About this role
The Block Island School seeks a 0.8 music teacher (K-12) beginning the 2025-2026 school year. Candidates must hold or be eligible for Rhode Island certification.
Block Island is 12 miles off the southern coast of Rhode Island and can be accessed by ferry or plane. Successful candidate must live on Block Island during the school year because the ferry schedule does not coordinate with the school day. In addition, travel between the island and mainland is subject to cancellation due to weather.
