About this role
Current vacancies exist for the 2026-2027 for ELD Bilingual Paraprofessionals within the Norristown Area School District. Duties:
• Provides instructional and clerical support to teachers
• Supports and assists students with the completion of assigned tasks either individually or in small groups
• Provides verbal and written translation services in support of the educational program at the assigned school
• Performs related duties as required
Requirements:
• Bilingual - Spanish required
• Experience working with children
• Knowledge of community resources and agencies
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to collaborate with others
Ability to translate verbally and in writing (English and Spanish) Hourly Rate, 2026-2027: (based on education and experience) $22.45 - $29.38
