Administrative Assistant – Robinson School (2026-2027 School Year) Robinson School is seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and student-centered individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. Our office staff has built a collaborative and supportive environment focused on serving students, staff, families, and the community. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is committed to providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the school. Previous office experience is preferred. Qualified applicants should demonstrate:
• Manage and coordinate student enrollment and withdrawal processes, including collecting and maintaining required documentation and communicating with families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and information in district systems.
• Assist with school budgeting, purchasing, invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and financial record keeping.
• Monitor and maintain school budgets and assist administrators and staff with purchasing procedures.
• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors.
• Coordinate and maintain calendars, meetings, appointments, and other administrative activities as assigned.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, greet visitors, and direct questions or concerns to the appropriate staff member.
• Assist with attendance, student check-in/check-out, and other daily office procedures.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, forms, correspondence, and other school records.
• Assist administrators with special projects, school events, communications, and other operational needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of student, staff, and school information.
• Work collaboratively with the principal, assistant principal, district office, teachers, support staff, and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the administration.
This is a 12-month position that includes benefits such as vacation days, sick leave, and a health insurance stipend. Aurora R-VIII School District operates on a 4-day school week (Monday through Thursday). Application Requirements:
