Educational Background: o Bachelor's degree required o Master's degree preferred (Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or related field) o Valid South Carolina teaching certification o Special Education certification preferred ? Professional Experience: o Minimum of 35 years of successful teaching experience o Experience in instructional coaching, leadership, or curriculum development o Experience supporting students with disabilities and inclusive practices preferred
