Grade School Athletic Director Scott County Catholic Schools is seeking an organized, energetic, and student-centered Grade School Athletic Director to lead and support our elementary athletic programs. This position plays a key role in creating a positive, faith-filled athletic experience that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and personal growth for our student-athletes. Responsibilities Include:
• Coordinate athletic schedules, practices, games, and events
• Serve as the primary contact for parents, coaches, and school administration regarding athletics
• Recruit, support, and oversee volunteer coaches
• Ensure student eligibility and maintain required athletic documentation
• Coordinate officials, facilities, transportation, equipment, and uniforms
• Promote positive sportsmanship and uphold SCCS and diocesan policies
• Manage athletic inventory and assist with program budgeting
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, coaches, and school staff
• Knowledge of youth athletics and athletic program administration
• Proficiency with technology and recordkeeping
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
