Job Title: ACE Site Coordinator Wage/Hour Status: Exempt Reports to: Director of Ace Days: 226 Dept. /School: Central Office Date Revised: 09/03/2026 Primary Purpose: The Site Coordinator will be responsible for developing and coordinating activities for students and parents participating in the Texas 21st Century Community Leaming Center program at each of the program centers in Spring ISD. The Site Coordinator will work with the Texas 21st CCLC Project Director, Family Engagement Specialist and Principals to promote involvement in these centers for more successful student outcomes and to focus on developing and planning character education, individual tutoring, and enrichment activities. Qualifications: Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, social work or related field from an accredited college or university Two years of experience working with at-risk students and families Two years of experience working in an educational, social service, or family support service setting. Two years of experience working with families that have diverse cultures and economic backgrounds Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish Special Knowledge/Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with the community resources and support agencies Must be adaptable to meet the needs of the families in the program in addition to working flexible hours to accommodate work in the evening Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, parents, students, community, and school administration Strong organizational and time management skills Major Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provides on-site supervision for all activities in addition to handling day-to-day situations such as discipline, attendance, and scheduling.

• Coordinates all activities and meet all the needs of the program before, during, and after school hours.

• Works with principals and school officials regarding recruitment efforts and activity planning to ensure alignment with the school day.

• Conducts the campus needs assessment and develop the campus service delivery

• Meets with students, teachers, and parents as necessary to communicate student

• Facilitates strategies for student assessments and interventions while determining best course of action.

• Gathers student and program-level data (ensuring the safety and confidentially of student information) to include grades, attendance, behavior referrals, student program participation, staffing, partners, etc.

• Collaborates with partners, community stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate program services and ensure ongoing communication to address any concerns regularly.

• Attends all trainings, conferences, workshops and meetings as requested by

• Monitors and collects student and program-level data within the required timelines to report progress on student services and outcomes for performance measure

• Conducts regular internal monitoring to ensure compliance with all grant requirements and cooperate with program implementation assurance conducted by TEA

• Responsible for hiring academic tutors, enrichment facilitators and frontline

This is a 5 year grant funded position. There is no guarantee for future employment beyond the completion of the grant after the 2030-2031 school year. Schedule: This position will require a flexible schedule, after hours and altered schedules will be required. Motion: Repetitive hand motions including reaching. Lifting: Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds) Environment: Reception desk in the administrative/central office Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress.
