QUALIFICATIONS:
• Two year degree in office administration or secretarial science preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the Food Service Department achieving these daily objectives and goals.
• Complete and submit all annual/seasonal applications in full prior to or on the State Mandated deadline.
• Process all Free and Reduced Lunch applications in a timely manner.
• Responsible for conducting and completing the necessary Audits.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquires from schools, school administrators, parents, etc.
• Communicate with the District Department(s) when necessary
• Responsible for the proper filing and Record Maintenance of all documentations
• Serve as support for the Food Service Director and Food Service Department as a whole.
• Attend all required trainings for the various programs run on an annual basis in order to stay compliant with educational, required learning hours, etc. as mandated by USDA and the State Department.
• Be a liaison for the cafeteria team for technology support with the Titan POS System.
