We are looking for a skilled and passionate Business and Sales executive to join our team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. This role is crucial in driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and delivering outstanding customer service in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities liaises with other senior staff to determine the range of goods or services to be sold, contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets; produces reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management; discusses employer’s or client’s requirements, carries out surveys and analyses customers’ reactions to product, packaging, price, etc.; compiles and analyses sales figures, prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities and undertakes market research; identifies problems concerned with business strategy, policy, organisation, procedures, methods and markets; handles customer accounts; determines the appropriate method of data collection and research methodology, analyses and interprets information gained and formulates and implements recommendations and solutions; recruits and trains junior sales staff; Qualifications: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Sales Executive, Marketing Executive or similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach to sales. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Some experience in leading websites. Work Location: Hybrid/27 Cork Road, Midleton, Cork, Ireland Work Pattern: Daytime / Morning & Afternoon availability, Monday – Friday (5 days) 39 hours a week
