About this role
The candidate should be able to: cutting, trimming, slicing, and sectioning carcasses for future processing; cutting and trimming the meat to make it fit for packing; inspecting meat products for defects, bruises, and blemishes; removing excess fat; obtaining and distributing specified meat or carcass; processing primal parts into cuts, and separating meats and byproducts into specified containers and seal containers.
