A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must have detailed knowledge of NAF payroll system and must have demonstrated the ability to exercise control over a group of people. Major DutiesIndividually leads three or more employees who are engaged in processing pay actions where there is a requirement for knowledge of different pay plans, pay actions, as well as other factors.Distributes and balances workload among employees.Balances output reports to appropriate source documents on a pay period, quarterly, and annual basis. Balances all deductions and earnings for each installation.Input payroll data from a variety of source documents into a computerized payroll system, which requires knowledge of a variety of coding structures to process the various pay interrelationships involved.Performs other duties as assigned.
