Job SummaryYou will serve as an Admin/Tech Specialist in the Design & Integration Branch (JXNV), Weapon Systems Fleet Engineering Div. (JXN), Expeditionary Warfare Weapons & Energy Systems Dept. (JX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The NT-05 pay band is equivalent to the GS-13/14. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $138,370).

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating technical project resource requirements to develop, plan and execute project schedule, milestones and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution of program operations. Major DutiesYou will serve as the Senior Administrative and Programmatic Specialist, providing critical overarching support to multiple branches and potential division efforts.You will function as the primary conduit between government stakeholders, customers, and contractor teams.You will orchestrate and maintain comprehensive Production and Kitting schedules, actively collaborate with engineers, logisticians, and technicians to formulate cost estimates and drive delivery schedules.You will execute data calls and fulfill miscellaneous administrative tasking across multiple branches.You will analyze diverse business outputs to develop innovative reporting methods, recommend process improvements, and ensure strict data integrity across all stakeholder communications.You will establish administrative guidelines that impact multiple branches, by managing the centralized desk guide to establish and enforce best practices.You will serve as a senior mentor, training entry- to mid-level personnel in production, acquisition, and administrative execution to ensure all programmatic timelines are seamlessly met.
