Job SummaryYou will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the C2 Integration Branch (MXLM), C3 & Cyber Division (MXL), Rapid Mission Integration & Interoperability Department (MX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The NT-05 is equal to the GS-13/14. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $138,370).

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating Command and Control systems to develop, plan, and execute integrated logistics support (ILS) schedules, sustainment milestones, and product support deliverables to optimize life cycle management. Major DutiesYou will begin serve as a Lead Logistician in the C2 Integration Branch (MXLM) supporting Command and Control (C2) systems.You will mentor and guide a team of Logisticians, providing training, assigning tasking, and ensuring equitable distribution of workload among team members.You will monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective actions.You will conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status, address challenges, and share information.You will lead procurement efforts, inclusive of Bill Of Materials development, placing buys via Government , Defense Logistics Agency, Contractor, or other procurement vehicles, tracking receipt of procured material, completing invoicing documents.You will follow up regularly with vendors to track lead times and resolve issues.You will track material in support of customer auditing efforts and ensure traceability in support of auditing efforts.You will support the shipping and receipt of materials.You will track received material in accordance with Crane and customer policies.You will support regular inventory inspections and audits of material located at NSWC Crane and Contractor facilities.You will provide production support as required, ensuring procured components are tracked, kitted, and that proper inspection is performed on piece parts and that overall Quality Assurance (QA) is applied to finished products.You will support the creation of programmatic logistical documents as required.You will be involved in developing documentation in support of production such as Work Cards, testing documentation, QA documentation, and inventory documentation.You will develop schedules for logistics tasks and logistics events, and provide regular schedule updates to the logistics team, leadership, and the customer.You will attend meetings and conferences as required and be prepared to develop briefing material and brief topics at the meetings.You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, logisticians, and technicians to complete tasking.You will convey logistical information to both logistical and non-logistical audiences, participate in collaborative problem-solving sessions, and contribute to the successful completion of project tasks.You will present briefs and communicate effectively with customers and Crane leadership.You will identify logistical risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and track progress towards resolution.
