About this role
• Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO’s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency. • Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA and other related tools • Develop, implement and enhance the processes, tools, and training that enable NAPCO to respond quickly to customer needs and market changes while still controlling output, quality and cost. • Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations. • Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives.
