Architectural BIM Modeller is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining accurate architectural 3D models including walls, finishes, openings, floors, ceilings, furniture, landscape, and façade within a Building Information Modelling (BIM) environment. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, producing detailed shop drawings, ensuring models align with project standards, and supporting the design-to-construction workflow.

• Develop detailed 3D architectural models for exterior and interior of buildings, and landscape using Revit or other BIM software, in line with project LOD requirements (LOD 350, 400 & 500). • Prepare coordinated shop drawings, sections, and schedules from the BIM model. • Ensure compliance with LOD, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and project-specific requirements. • Coordinate with other disciplines (Civil, structural, and MEP) to detect and resolve clashes and ensure accuracy & quality. • Setting up families and libraries for architectural systems. • Update models to reflect design changes, RFIs, and site modifications. • Export models/drawings for submission in required formats (DWG, IFC, PDFs). • Support project engineers and managers by providing accurate quantity take-offs and data from models. • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to resolving multidisciplinary issues. • Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM files. • Support visualization and walkthrough using rendering visualization tool. (a plus) • Conduct model quality check and audits to ensure compliance with established standards.

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field. • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and other BIM tools. • Experience in rendering program (Lumion, twin motion, etc.) • Strong knowledge of architectural detailing's, finishes, partitions, ceilings, doors, windows, landscape, and façade models. • Understanding common data environments (e.g., ACC/BIM 360). • Familiarity with international architectural standards and sizes. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications. • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.
