IMMEDIATE HIRE & START Sit-Down Forklift Operator (Outdoor Yard)Job Title: Forklift OperatorLocation: WhartonShift: First ShiftPay: $19-$20/hour $30 overtimeExperienced Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team. This position requires operating a forklift outdoors 80% of the workday in a yard environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in various weather conditions and safely handling materials throughout the facility. Responsibilities
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently. • Load, unload, move, and stack materials throughout the yard. • Transport products to designated locations. • Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Assist with general warehouse and yard duties as needed. Qualifications
• Previous sit-down forklift experience required. • Ability to work outdoors for the majority of the shift in varying weather conditions. • Strong attention to safety and detail. • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical duties as needed. • Dependable work ethic and attendance. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. Transportation Requirement Reliable transportation is required. The facility is not accessible by public transportation, and there are no nearby bus stops. Candidates must have a dependable way to commute to and from work daily. Interview Process

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
