Job Title: Property Manager$60-75k Salary Job DescriptionThe Property Manager oversees day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring a high standard of service for residents and tenants while effectively managing leasing activities. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining occupancy, and supporting the overall performance of the property portfolio.Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and operate efficiently. • Handle all aspects of leasing, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and guiding prospective residents or tenants through the application process. • Coordinate lease signings, renewals, and terminations, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with policies and regulations. • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and tenants, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and service requests. • Foster strong relationships with residents and tenants by providing customer-focused service and addressing issues in a timely and effective manner. • Monitor property occupancy and turnover, and support strategies to maintain high occupancy rates. • Collaborate with maintenance and other service providers to ensure timely completion of repairs and upkeep of the property. • Assist with rent collection, tracking payments, and following established procedures for late payments when necessary. • Maintain accurate records of leases, communications, and property-related activities. • Support compliance with property policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Essential Skills

• Proven experience in property management, with responsibility for day-to-day property operations. • Hands-on leasing experience, including showing properties, processing applications, and managing lease documentation. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle resident and tenant inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. • Experience managing residential and/or commercial properties. • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building positive relationships and delivering a high-quality experience. • Prior experience in a similar role within property management or leasing. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in a professional property management environment. • Familiarity with both residential and commercial property operations. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. • Organizational skills and attention to detail when handling documentation and resident information. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $34.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
