Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician - direct placement- Urgent hiring Job DescriptionThis role focuses on troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of electrical and electronic systems and equipment in an industrial plant environment. You will work with schematics, AC/DC systems, and PLCs, and support both preventive and corrective maintenance activities to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic equipment. • Install, maintain, and service industrial machinery. • Work with AC/DC electrical systems, PLCs, and electrical schematics. • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems. • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime. • Complete emergency and corrective repairs as needed. • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and resolve faults. • Perform basic welding and fabrication repairs. • Support production by ensuring equipment runs efficiently. • Document maintenance work and equipment status. • Work independently and as part of a maintenance team. • Move throughout the plant to perform maintenance tasks. Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in industrial maintenance or a related field. • Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills. • Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems. • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. • Experience troubleshooting PLCs. • Mechanical maintenance and repair experience. • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. • Experience with conveyors, gearboxes, and production equipment. • Basic welding and fabrication experience. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Must be able to pass a Ramsey mechanical/electrical test. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs. • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment. • Manufacturing or union environment experience is a plus. Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $71427.00 - $79747.00/yr.
