Job Title: Forklift OperatorJob DescriptionThe Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, loading, and unloading of products, packaging materials, and warehouse inventory throughout the facility. This role supports production and shipping operations by ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment.Responsibilities
• Operate forklift to move, store, load, and unload products and materials. • Ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment. • Support production and shipping operations. • Conduct inventory, cycle counts, and use RF scanner in cold storage and racking system. Essential Skills
• Forklift experience, including reach lift capable of lifting up to 40ft. • Experience with pallets and larger shipping bins. • Shipping and receiving skills. • Stand-up forklift experience. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shafter, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.25 - $21.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
