Job Description About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to support our Finance team. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes while gaining hands-on experience in accounting, financial administration and business operations. Alongside day-to-day finance activities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improvement initiatives, reporting activities and finance transformation projects, providing valuable exposure to various aspects of a modern finance function. What will you do? Your responsibilities will include: - Processing supplier and client invoices; - Supporting accounts payable and/or accounts receivable activities; - Processing bank transactions and assisting with payment runs; - Performing account reconciliations and administrative checks; - Maintaining financial records and supporting bookkeeping activities; - Assisting with month-end and year-end activities.
