The function As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the IT environment and act as a connecting link between users, management and external IT partners. In addition to keeping the environment running operationally, you will have the space to suggest improvements, initiate projects and help build on the further development of the digital workplace. This role is ideal for an ambitious medior IT professional who is ready for more responsibility and direction. Responsibilities IT Operations - Management of the day-to-day IT environment. - Monitor availability, security and performance of systems - Coordinating external IT vendors - Supporting users and onboarding new employees - Manage hardware, software and workstations - Creation and maintenance of documentation and procedures IT Development & Projects - Identify and implement improvements - Support IT projects and digitization initiatives - Advising on new technologies and applications - Contribute to further professionalization of processes Security & Compliance - Increase cybersecurity awareness within the organization - Support security and compliance activities. - Identify and follow up on risks and incidents Who are we looking for? - HBO working and thinking level - Approximately 3 to 7 years of experience within IT Management or IT Operations - Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and modern workplace en...
