Turner is looking for an experienced consultant who designs and executes innovation programs, builds coalitions, and thereby realizes strategic ambitions with a sustainable (social) impact. Your Challenge As an Innovation and Ecosystems Consultant, you will lead strategy execution projects for a variety of clients. You will initiate and orchestrate innovation-often within complex public-private ecosystems-by aligning multiple interests, paces, and governance structures. In doing so, you focus both on developing new solutions and forms of collaboration and on implementing and securing these innovations in processes, systems, structures, and among the people in the organization. With creativity, decisiveness, and strong analytical and organizational insight, you provide direction on complex issues and foster Ownership among those responsible for implementing the change. You always work with a lean team of Turner professionals and in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. When working with clients, you're a constructive and critical discussion partner who seeks to identify the question behind the question, proposes solutions, and takes the initiative to move toward implementation. You combine business management aspects (objectives, content, analysis, underlying business case) with soft skills (change management, Ownership, behavior, leadership) and provide strong project-based leadership.
