We need a person who is not afraid of a dynamic work environment and easily establishes relationships, which is crucial in a decentralized structure. The person employed in this position will be responsible for coordinating road transport processes, including planning and supervising the execution of transport orders. Their tasks will include monitoring the work of drivers with category C+E licenses, determining optimal travel routes, and responding promptly to emerging operational problems. The position also involves cooperation with the technical department in planning repairs, inspections, and maintenance of the vehicle fleet. An important element of the role is also close collaboration with international Planning, Customer Service, and Quality teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of transport services.
