What you'll be working on as a Scada Devops engineer for Power Management Systems Hours: 32 / 36 / 40 Location: Utrecht or Eindhoven Level of experience: Medior / Senior As a SCADA Devops Engineer for Power Managemet systems at Capgemini Engineering, you will help maintain and enhance mission-critical infrastructure for a leading European transmission system operator. You'll work on EMS/SCADA platforms that control high-voltage electricity networks as part of the "Control Room of the Future" initiative. In this role, you will (or be willing to learn to): - Monitor and optimize performance of SCADA systems across high-voltage electricity networks. - Develop automation solutions for upgrades, patches, and configuration management. - Coordinate incident resolution under pressure, including Priority-one scenarios. - Maintain runbooks, protocols, and documentation for power management systems. - Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and user stories. Your profile You have: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field. - Several years of experience with SCADA systems in energy or utility environments. - Knowledge of EMS, Energy Networks, TSO, High Availability and Real-time systems are a big plus. - Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Ansible) and Linux system a...
