Key responsibilities - Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and multi-year financial plans for rechtshulp programs. - Deliver periodic management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses with clear recommendations. - Monitor expenditures, accruals, and commitments; ensure timely and correct financial closing activities. - Support cost allocation, pricing/tariff analysis, and business cases for policy or operational changes. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, public-sector regulations, and audit requirements. - Advise stakeholders on financial implications, risks, and opportunities; translate data into actionable insights. - Improve processes, data quality, and reporting automation in collaboration with Finance and IT. Required skills and qualifications - Strong financial controlling expertise: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. - Knowledge of governance, compliance, and audit readiness; experience in public or regulated environments preferred. - Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/financial systems and BI/reporting tools. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to prioritize deadlines. - Clear communication and stakeholder management; able to advise non-...
