You ensure that employees, guests, and external contacts feel welcome from the very first moment and that the work environment is always presentable, professional, and well-organized. You oversee the quality of our workplace facilities, coordinate facility management tasks, and assist with the organization of internal and external meetings. In addition, you play a key role in our HR processes by, among other things, supporting the onboarding of new colleagues and coordinating training sessions. Thanks to your dedication and organizational skills, everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, allowing colleagues to focus fully on their work. You'll work closely with the heads of HR, Finance, IT, and Marketing. You're proactive, meticulous, and you understand what attention to detail means: every detail is just right.
