In partnership with national medical education institutions, we train, encourage and equip local doctors of family medicine (including residents), nurses and "feldchers" (mid-level providers) in areas outside the capital. Job Description : The candidate will help to improve rural primary health care capacity and quality, while building lasting relationships with local healthcare workers and trainers through mentoring and clinical training. They will provide in-person training, including on site clinical mentoring of young healthcare workers at rural clinics and training of trainers at regional and national seminars. Online trainings include case reviews, faculty development topics and research skills. Experience with clinical teaching will be helpful but is not required. Meaningful interaction with mentees is a priority, so language and cultural learning are required.
