You & your role Strengthen Rabobank's digital security as an Authorisation Management Specialist by ensuring colleagues only have access to systems and data they truly need. In this role, you operate within Identity & Access Management and support Retail NL Tech by managing authorisations, advising stakeholders, and continuously improving access processes in a complex banking environment. Examples from practice - Redesigning authorisation roles together with DevOps squads to ensure secure and efficient access aligned with job responsibilities. - Supporting large internal reorganisations by coordinating access changes so employees can continue working without disruption. - Advising domain managers and system owners on complex Identity & Access Management questions and access risks.
