Polygon 2 What you will do - You support employees who cannot return to their previous job. - Together, you explore their talents, possibilities, and new opportunities. - You work independently and flexibly: sometimes at the office (Breukelen or Capelle), sometimes digitally. - You ensure clear administration and progress reports (of course, we'll help you if you're new). What we're looking for - Experience with second track processes is a plus, but motivation and eagerness to learn are just as important to us. - You have a feel for people, are a good listener, and enjoy getting things done. - You want to develop yourself in the field of reintegration and career mobility. - (A NOLOC certification?
