We are looking for a Deputy Site Manager to join our large and complex logistics operation in Nieuwegein , supporting our customer. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and performance of a high-volume, 24/7 operation. You will support the Site Manager in leading the operation, driving performance, developing people, and ensuring excellent service for our customer. With approximately 1,000 employees connected to the operation and a site covering 32,000 m², this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys complexity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the ambition to grow into a future Site Manager position.
