What you'll be doing As a production worker at one of the largest and most innovative lily growers in the Netherlands, you'll spend your days among gorgeous flowers. Together with your team, you'll ensure the finest lilies are harvested, selected, processed, and packed for shipping to customers around the world. You'll work in a clean, modern greenhouse or production area with fixed hours and clear agreements. Your day starts with a team meeting before heading out to the greenhouse: harvesting, selecting, or processing lilies. On the production line, you'll work alongside colleagues from various nationalities. You make sure the lilies are packed neatly so they arrive fresh to the customer.
