Welcome to ista. At ista Nederland, everything revolves around accurate and transparent billing. This process does not begin with the invoice, but with the agreement made with the customer. Every contract contains arrangements regarding metering points, allocation keys, tariffs and indexation. Someone has to translate these arrangements into a functional setup within our systems. That is your role. As a Contract Support Officer, you are responsible for translating customer agreements into a practical billing structure. You ensure that costs are allocated as agreed with the customer, and that the structure is correct, complete and remains up to date. You break down complex agreements and convert them into a clear technical and financial structure. This is work where details are crucial. An incorrectly recorded allocation formula or a missed indexation clause affects hundreds of settlement statements and only comes to light months later. That is why we are looking for someone who works meticulously, checks their own work and does not hesitate to raise the alarm as soon as an agreement is unclear, contradictory or unworkable.
