BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Exton, PA Senior Living office. This office provides best in class care to clients throughout Exton, PA and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager:
Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit our Senior clients and conduct assessments in Exton, PA and other surrounding areas. Develop the care plan and oversee its execution. Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field.
Facilitate new hire orientation. Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff
Requirement(s) for Clinical RN Manager:
Must have 1 years of home health experience
Qualifications for a Clinical RN Manager:
Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
Supervisory experience preferred.
